1. Data Controller

Orhan & Saper Co. Law Firm processes your personal data as data controller under KVKK No. 6698.

2. Processed Personal Data

Identity information (name, surname), contact information (email, phone, address), legal process information, and website usage data are processed.

3. Processing Purposes

Your personal data is processed for the purpose of providing legal services, fulfilling legal obligations, conducting communication activities, and improving service quality. Information submitted via the intake form is also processed for conflict-of-interest checks and meeting scheduling.

4. Legal Grounds

Information you send via the contact form, email or phone is processed to evaluate and respond to your request on the legal grounds of KVKK Article 5/2-c (directly related to the establishment of a contract) and Article 5/2-f (the data controller's legitimate interest); explicit consent is not required for this processing. Data relating to the provision of legal services is processed under Article 5/2-c, and data required to meet statutory obligations under Article 5/2-ç. Non-essential processing, such as analytics cookies and the Google map on the contact page, takes place only if you give your approval in the cookie preferences or load the map yourself (Article 5/1); you may withdraw your approval at any time via the cookie preferences. If you share special categories of personal data in your message, they are processed on the basis of the explicit consent you give via the optional box on the form (Article 6/2); not giving consent does not prevent you from sending the form, and you may withdraw your consent at any time. Information you submit via the intake form is processed on the same legal grounds and forwarded to our office through our email infrastructure.

5. Your Rights

Under Article 11 of KVKK, you have the right to learn whether your data is being processed, request its correction, request its deletion, and object to its processing. You can use [email protected] for your applications.
